CANCELLATION POLICY

I truly value your time and ask that you respect mine as well. To help keep my schedule running smoothly, please review the following policy: • Please provide at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • No call, no show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • If you need to reschedule your appointment with LESS than 24 hour notice, the 50% charge will still apply, but that amount will be credited toward your rescheduled service when you arrive at your new appointment. • Repeat cancellations may result in being banned from future bookings. • Sickness is the only exception, and I appreciate you communicating as soon as possible in those situations and hope this will not be taken advantage of!
